1. Product Returns
1.1. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
1.2. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging and condition. We’re unable to accept returns for products that show wear, damage, or alterations.
1.3. To start your return, please reach out to our support team at support@stakd.com with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll walk you through the process step by step.
1.4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.
